A Great Day

  Today was a great day.  Since it is a new year we have finally got back on track and now we are doing all of our work.  In Bible today we learned about how Nahash the Ammonite threatened by letter to attack Jabesh-gilead.  In our next subject, Math, we learned where to use a decimal and to think of it as money. 

Language on the other hand was a little more difficult.  We learned where to use apostrophes and we reviewed apostrophe rules one, two, and three.  In Reading, we read about an otter and a man.  It was a very interesting and fun story.  In Spelling we played a really fun game called SPARKLE!!!!! And I won! 

We learned about a gasoline engine, a diesel engine, and a steam engine in Science.  In History, we also played another game called around the world and also where we call out the answer and whoever said the right answer you got a coin.  It was very fun.  Last, but not least, is P.E. It was very fun. We played dodgeball and it was great.
